The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi came out of seclusion as usual on the day of Olojo after seven days of communing with his ancestors and praying for Nigeria and the entire Yoruba race. Families Get N16m As "Death In Service Claims" i n Osun Osun State Government on Friday disbursed about #N16m as "death in service claims" to the next-of-Kin of  some civil servants who died while in active service of the state government. About six claimants benefited from the latest disbursement in fulfilment of the terms of agreement of the Contributory Pension Scheme. The State Government has since the commencement of the contributory pension scheme in the state been paying annual premium on every civil servant as life assurance in an effort to fulfill the pension scheme agreement.
